Join eStork and show your appreciation for the sacrifice that our military families make to keep us safe and free. The requirements are few and the cost to you is nominal. If you are a photographer living near a military installation, and you would like to join us, just read the guidelines below and fill out the form below. Completing and submitting the form is your acknowledgment that you agree to follow the guidelines to the best of your ability.
The eStork program is a group of volunteer photographers that offer newborn photo sessions, and digital images, to women whose husband or partner is deployed and unable to come home for the birth of their child. This is a free service. There is no charge for the photo session and no charge for the email sized, email resolution, images provided on CD. The recommended number of images is 10, but you are free to offer as many as you like.
The eStork photo sessions are not intended to disrupt your regular business schedule. Schedule them when it is convenient for you.
By joining eStork you agree to promote the program in your area using the suggestions in the How It Works page, and any other methods you find useful. You are under no obligation to pay for commercial advertising, but you may use the eStork name and logo in your own advertising for the promotion of your photography business.
You agree to provide contact information for publication on the Find A Photographer page on the eStork website. The minimum contact information is name, location, phone number and email address. You may provide a physical address (not recommended for photographers operating their business from their homes), web address, and any other information you feel will be useful.
The eStork program shall never be perceived as a sales or marketing tool. By joining eStork you agree not to solicit additional bookings or print sales from an eStork session, and you agree not to harvest contact information from an eStork client. If an eStork client approaches you for additional sessions or print sales, they then transition from eStork client to customer, and this requirement no longer applies.
If you have a business website, you agree to display the eStork logo in a prominent location, and place a hot link from your site to the eStork website. If you supply a website address with your contact information a hot link to your site will be included on the Find A Photographer page.
You may request to see a military ID before conducting an eStork session.
Complete the form below if you agree with the guidelines of the eStork program. Right now adding you to the Find A Photographer page is a manual process, so it may take a few days for your information to show up there. The user name and password you provide will allow you to post to the blog (as opposed to commenting on posts) and upload photos to the Photo gallery.
